Some Updated Info on ET HH System

Some Updated Info on ET HH System

"The hand held system will also be available “a la carte” so users can build the system they want.

The photo shows it stripped down to the most essential component; the multi-axis adjustable shoulder-pad being attached directly to the bottom of the camera without our Arri-Style base."

I don't but I do know how involved it is to make one and the time spent.

IMO - This system does for HH work what the R1 did for cameras.
You can use it with any camera system!

And now you can purchase a la carte...

dude you got to move away form Quicktimes and start using a video sharing service, so we can post this to other sites and people and itll link back to you.

try vimeo you can post 1280x720

Here in China we can't even see the website. I'd like to check out the video from you guys. Could you please out it somewhere to share with people in China? Some website that's not blocked by the Great Firewall.

Thanks :D

Last time I talked to ET they said after Christmas so shouldn't be long.
Aloha and Merry Christmas

They better get it out soon before people decide not to buy with the new cameras on the horizon. They should have been more decisive and gotten it out sooner. My 2 cents.

If you knew what went into making each unit...

Don't make this thread about where is it. Don't make this into the whining impatience of the VF thread.

Merry Holidays

I don't think new cameras on the horizon should deter anyone from getting the ET HH rig. It's something you can use with ANY camera system.. Plus, I had the same concerns and ET assured me that they will do everything to make sure the ET HH rig works seamlessly with the Epic/Scarlet systems.

As many of you know, I field tested the various incarnations of prototype ET hand held unit for several months.

I now have some of the shipping version ET Mantis hand held units in use with my RED One camera kits.

The Mantis seriously rocks...
