Anybody had any good or bad experiences using Escrow.com?

Any advice for agreeing on terms for a transaction as a seller would be appreciated.

I used escrow.com to purchase a mixpre aprox. a year ago. They were fast even when I needed to pay for the item via credit card the same day. I had to fax in a credit authorization but as I recall they confirmed my fax and the funds were sent to the seller same day. I received the mixpre within 2 days.

I've only had one experience with them but it was great.

That said, I used escrow.com extensively "back in the day", before PayPal existed and eBay didn't have much in the way for buyer protection and nothing for seller protection. Typically it was a good system then. Only had one issue with a transaction and that was with myself as a buyer, they had some kind of glitch acknowledging that I had paid and it took a few days to get it sorted. I have not used their services in at least 6 or 7 years now, so what I remember is probably irrelevant in most cases.
