Please bear with me as this is my first RED camera.

I keep getting this error when I attempt to export my R3D files to 422 Prores HQ in all resolutions:"At least one clip in the requested export was not shot on Dragon. Disabling A.D.D."

The file exports fine but with ADD disabled even though I have enabled it in preferences. I have Googled and searched.Is anyone else facing this issue? I sent in a ticket to RED support and after a couple of messages and log files sent in, I was told that this is indeed a bug that will be fixed in the next release build of the software. I'm just surprised I can't find anything about it so far and was wondering if anyone else has had this issue (or if my search skills are truly terrible).

My other question is why A.D.D. snapshot is constantly greyed out? I can't seem to use that function. Am I doing something wrong?
:crying:

A.D.D. does not work on a single frame R3D. I don't know the minimum number of frames, but you should probably have at least 10-frames. Right now it only works on Dragon. i.e. does not work on Helium.

ADD is for red dragon cameras only

Isn't the Raven based on the Dragon sensor? It says Dragon 4.5k on the side.

RED support asked a few questions about my ADD settings in preferences on Redcine-x pro, specifically mentioning the RAVEN and said it is indeed a bug. Seems to me it is supposed to work and was wondering if it's just me as nobody else seems to have reported it.

Thanks for the reply :)

I have been though multiple clips, each minutes long. I am also under the assumption that the Raven is of the Dragon family of course? It does say Dragon 4.5k on the brain itself....

I got my answer from support just now. Advanced Dragon Debayer should work with the Raven :) I guess it's indeed a bug (with REDCine-X Pro) and not just me. Hope the fix comes soon.

[FONT=&quot]Hi Kay,

That is correct. The RAVEN does have the DRAGON sensor and should work with ADD. Our Software Team confirmed it is a bug in the current build of REDCINE-X PRO and should be fixed in the next release build. Thanks!
