Hey everyone,

I just installed an ssd drive in my mpb so I had to reinstall all of my programs. Once I installed the necessary criteria for the red rocket, I then installed red cine x 17. I've noticed a new error within the export window that keeps being shown one line after another. (attached screen shot) This will continue for as long as I use cine-x. I'm not sure what triggers it however I do know that even when I don't click anything the error will appear on its own. Does anyone have any input on this error or experienced anything like it? The red rocket still works fine as I still can experience full 4k playback however this error is a little thorn in my side that I would like to get rid of. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I don't have a solution but I have the same problem on a Mac laptop and an iMac and I am not using a Red Rocket.

Now I think I have a solution. I just realized it only happens when my internet connection is off. It is trying unsuccessfully to look for program updates.

I had this happen to me the other day, I turned off "look for updates" in preferences and it stopped the errors.
