I had that error pop up multiple times on my SW, and as Karim pointed to, a firmware update definitely solved it.

I had that error multiple times on my SW too (latest firmware 7.0.1!).. Was going to send the camera to RED for further evaluation as they suggested after seeing the log files, reinstalled the firmware, secure formatted the 120GB card and reattaching every modules (after cleaning the gold contacts).. then it subsided (from popping up 3 times a day to just once a week or so) and now finally the error has totally gone by itself! Very strange.. (I haven't send the camera for repair as now I feel hesitant to do so).
