Are you trying to play back footage you've just shot on the same camera at the same settings?

Have you changed project settings since recording the footage?

Or are you trying to play footage from another occasion or shoot?

I think your best bet is to contact Red support and/or your Red Bomb Squad Representative directly Aree.

What format are you recording? I know that anamorphic has some issues playing back on camera.
