My guess is it's gray market. The reason is that they're not selling Epics (at the first link). The mark up on the bomb evf is only about $300 - but $300 on a single transaction even with shipping isn't a bad day's work. Who knows could be a scam, but there are a LOT of gray market (which you may also consider scams) that buy legitimately from US companies and sell for very little mark up in china because for whatever reason those people cannot buy direct (most likely someone needs to be there or the company won't sell in the region.)

the second site looks like a used equipment sales site. Similar situation would apply.

Well, to be honestly, I actually knew some selling the Red One, Red MX & Epic-M here in Mainland China, they charge handling and servicing Fee for order from Red Store ,
I think this might not the big problems, if they are professional and have technical knowledge, the only thing what I know most of them not professional, don't have any shooting skill, although not even in the same industry,
they are just kind of business man, looking for great margins, they don't care about the technical supporting. I got some of friends ask me for help, especially for the MX upgrade, guess here got many Red One cameras looking to upgrade to Mx,
but they almost all stuck and hold on their bullets, because of the really unreasonable charge cost from the trader...
