The EPIC-X Dragon arrived today via FedEx.

This is the most beautiful piece of technology I have ever seen or held.

EPIC-X #00448

I believe my order time stamp was 3rd in line when they opened orders for EPIC-X Dragon upgrades.

The process took about 21 days because they needed to repair my DSMC Side Handle.
 
the ways of RED can be very mysterious. my EPIC-M #743 upgrade is nowhere in sight, and I have a big project shooting this spring. considering that Michael's was recalled 21 days ago makes the whole process seem even more random - I put in my upgrade at the RED booth at NAB last spring, so it's not as if I sat on it....

on the other hand, very happy for you, Michael, enjoy your new rig. a brand new camera! a very joyous occasion!
