Hi,
I didn't use my Dragon for 3 months and I decided today to prepare it for the next week shooting.
I first noticed that the Redvolts inside the side handle wouldn't power the camera. I have tried 4 different Redvolts, fully charged.
They are detected by the camera on the power menu but they don't work.
In order to check them, I have plugged the battery quad module and they power the camera from there so my Redvolts are working properly.
The side handle is also working as it commands the camera.
Then I have tried to put the power supply of the camera in DC IN and it didn't work as well. It doesn't power the camera.
In order to check the DC IN slot, I have tried to power the camera with a DC IN lemo > Dtap cable straight inside a Dtap battery, and it didn't work...meaning that the DC IN has a problem, not the power supply.
I have redo firmware update, the last one + Black shading and factory reset, nothing has changed.
Note that the camera powers correctly with V-mount and battery quad module and was working perfectly 3 month ago on my last shooting.
Did someone have had such problems ?
Do you think both problems are linked ?
I'm located in France, where should I sent the camera for repair ? RED UK ?
Thanks for your help !
