Epic wont record below 3K

Just playing around with my Epic M Mysterium, latest firmware (6.0.31) and i wanted to check out how some lights would flicker at highspeed and i realised that i couldnt get the camera to roll at any setting below 3K?
Glitch that nobody has found because none of us shoot below 3k?

I've tried updating firmware again but it wont load as im already on it.

24-105 canon lens on the front and 5 inch touch plugged in?

Hmmm any thoughts?
