  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Epic with Ki Pro Mini

The Ki Pro Mini can record both P and PsF and I've used it quite successfully with the Epic. The nanoFlash will also work and is a much more stable recorder (though only 8-bit). Neither will ever be able to record over 60fps. However, you could playback hi-speed shots from the Epic and re-capture them with a Ki Pro or nanoFlash (once playback is enabled...) I've done this many times with a Phantom or Weisscam.

@Adrian:
Can you share what your settings are on your Ki Pro Mini in order to run with EPIC? Also what size and brand of CF card are you using? We've rented one in and would greatly appreciate any guidance from someone with experience in getting the system to function correctly with the M.
