Epic Wireless Remote Start/Stop

Anyone interested in a wireless remote start/stop for $200.00? A quick test showed that it works at 100' plus even with a wall in between. The unit can either be supplied with a D-Tap for power of a v-lock battery plate or alternatively it can have an internal battery. This needs the Red 3BNC-To-00 Sync cable to work. I am also thinking of offering a breakout box that will have the wireless receiver, an HD-SDI out, Genlock and Timecode connectors for $350.00. The housings will be PVC (or aluminium if cost allows). This is a great backup option to the REDMote and range is not an issue.

Definitely smaller than a pack of cigarettes (about 1/2 the size). The unit works great at 100' plus. I'll post pictures in the new year.

I would love to have a stop/start button on a hand grip, could it be used on a handle?

Hi Johnny. Only Rec/Stop, unfortunately, unless RED allows GPIO on/off in the future. The remote could be re-housed to work with a handle.
