Epic wasnt responding.

I was shooting a commercial with the Epic on sunday and twice I tried to turn the camera on and only the screen on the side handle turned on, the LCD nor the camera responded. I had to take unplug and plug back on the redbrick and power the camera back on and everything went back to normal... Has anyone had this happen to them?

has this happened to anyone else???? i was in this shoot the weather conditions was extremely hot...it was in the Dominican Republic ...so you can just imagine how hot it was.... do you guys think the heat might influenced in the camera not responding?? this only happened twice....and a couple of times the camera did not read the SSD card...i think the heat might gotten into that ass well....anyone please help ...thanks!!!
