Not really a complaint, but I placed an order back in November, paid in full for a Epic Dragon to Epic-W trade in, and I email my rep once a month checking in, but there is no news. Has anyone who ordered around the same time gotten a notification that they are ready to receive the dragon for trade in? I guess I didn't expect 6 months to pass and not hear any updates.
