I am having the following issue using Rtmotion Mk3.1 hand controller with Epic-W and EF lenses.
When I pull focus wheel AND Iris slider at the same time, Iris is delayed and won't change realtime unless I stop turning the focus wheel. But then Iris jump straight to where you stop on the slider. Check test video

I tested with various Sigma Art, Canon and GDU lenses. All behave the same.

I already reported this to Rtmotion and they said they have never seen this. Also, they couldn't replicate the issue with Scarlet-W. So I am not sure if this is Epic-W related.

Does anyone encounter the same issue?

Nobody?
Seems like I am the only one having this issue?

Same here.

Sadly this only worked on DSMC1 with Red's THC.
Still dont understand why they stopped supporting this product.

Regards

EDIT: Weapon CF here
EDIT 2: Also focus on Sigm 18-35 gets stucked on infinite.

I assume your talking about the latitude product? I'm not sure how many have this in their hands yet. I'm still waiting for the sidekick version.

Yes, Latitude and Mk3.1 hand controller. This issue arises with all kind of EF lenses I have tested, Canon, Sigma, GDUs.
Very odd and Rtmotion cannot explain why.

Quick update:
Rtmotion just release new firmware for Mk3.1 handcontroller, Latitude.
Problem gone! Working like a charm now.

BTW, the new firmware enables Latitude Transmitter mode, which means you can use a second roaming Latitude for long range.
