epic w pink highlight in footage

i just tested every single OLPF and black shady. its still shows the pink highlight rim the edge

Lots going on in that image.

Some is clearly just the normal zeiss CA with magenta/green fringing. Some are coma issues with bright lights and smearing.

But the pink colouration patches and the very bright yellow spots are odd indeed. Is the car reflecting saturated lighting? Do you have an R3D to share?

This is the Classic case situation for CA of the CP's. This is an optical issue for sure.

I disagree that it's all CA. The mid pink patches don't look like CA, they look like a debayering artefact with an odd highlight colour. Also there are a couple of very hot pixels in there that could be a debayering thing - if we can see the original R3D that might tell us more.

Most is CA though..

Looks like Axial CA from the lens, but put up an R3D frame so we can be sure.

Hi Guys, I just tested all my Cp2 lenses, seems like its not the CA issue, cuz all the lenses has the same problem on the highlight edge.

All your lenses have the issue because it's a lens issue. Axial CA is most visible when you're wide open and there's a strong contrast in the scene. CA is increased when more light goes through the lens and a wide aperture. So yes, it's Axial CA on those shots.

Just try taking the Magenta/purple toward the color that it surrounds and try to blend it in.
