Came across a really weird situation this weekend. We have the wooden camera male to female pogo cable to take the monitor off the camera body. We had it plugged into the side of the body this weekend on a shoot and the monitor on ronin handlebars. We tried to plug in a second viewing monitor into the DSMC2 V-lock module and we would get an image on the second monitor but no control on the touch screen. It would just go blank. We were on a shoot and didn't have time to figure it out and just ran light without a second monitor. When we got home we realized that when the pogo was plugged into the top of the camera body you could have a second viewing monitor and control of the touch screen. We went into the setup menu and messed with priority of the monitor/hdmi and everything but nothing fixed the fact that we couldn't use the touch screen when plugged into the side of the body simultaneously with an hdmi out viewing monitor. Any help on this problem? I know you cant use the top and side with the hdmi but we were only using one so didn't know why they wouldn't just both work the same. Thanks.
