Epic-W delivery problems ?

Hi there,

i just got a call from my dealer (former Red Germany) informing me that there will be no shipments of Epic-W in March to Europe.
I´m up with one of the next cameras, and as it looks there have been only a few cameras deilvered since this year has begun.
Anybody care to jumo in and tell whats going on ?
Right now im really sad, i was so hoping to get the camera within the next few days

Hi Manuel,
we are also waiting for the Epic-W. We ordered over Teltec Germany and we are 2nd in the list.
That are bad news for me. We changed in February from SW (september Timestep) and our dealer said beginning of march.
I hope that we will receive the camera in a few weeks.
So same story like you. Maybe his informations are wrong, I hope so...

Don't know where your dealer's orders are in our queue, but it is completely false to say we are not shipping any EPIC-W orders to Europe this entire month.

Any March update? My RED rep didn't believe me when I told him Epic-W upgrades probably won't be shipping until late Spring.

Hi Brent, I´m sorry for the assumption i made yesterday. Maybe i was just a bit upset that i can´t play with the new toy anytime soon.
Maybe i missunderstood something and got the feeling it counted for Europe. However I dont get mine in March and I´m one of the next to get it on his list.
Good thing is he offered me one of his spare cameras for an upcoming project for free, to help me out which i found very generous. Thats the good thing about
the red community.
Sorry again for this false assumption and i really hope i can get my hands on my Epic W in April then.
