So I have a set of Zeiss ZF with EF mounts on them and they have always hit infinity focus. For some reason on my Epic-W they can't hit infinity. I know there is a screw on the bottom to adjust back focus but I figured I'd ask in here first. I looked in the manual on page 195 it talks about back focus locking.

Be careful adjusting the flange depth. First make sure that the sensor depth is the culprit.
check the camera with a newer Canon EF lens- they tend to be pretty stable and accurate. If the new Canon does not hit infinity there is a good chance it's the sensor flange depth.
I wouldn't fully trust ZFs converted to EF mount.
Also make sure that the EF mount is attached correctly on the camera
If you can access a tool to check flange depth it would be ideal.
Maybe you could access a PL: mount and put a PL lens on the camera to confirm the issue....
