Epic-w and Scarlet-w motion mount

does anybody has ef Motion mount problem on Epic-w and scarlet W
i had a chance tried the motion mount on both of them. i got a bluish image and the lens mount does not recognize the lens either( zeiss distagon EF)
also i couldn't get any informations from the camera about ND or Shutter info.
anybody has a thought?

Others have reported the blue issue with the Motion Mount on Helium. I am sure it will get fixed. They just added support for it in 6.3.47. You should still file a support ticket.
