  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Epic W 7.04 firmware failed to update

Just tried to update the newest firmware(7.04) for epic w, but failed the update. Did anyone get the same issue?
 
Make sure you're hitting it with the Epic-W firmware and not the DSMC2 package (like I was doing)... Epic-W's are DSMC2 bodies but it looks like that file is for the newer cameras sold as "DSMC2".
 
ahh....fell into the same pit here as well. Worked just fine with the Epic-W firmware package as mentioned :-)
