  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I installed the new firmware that came out yesterday on two Epics so far, the first one went off without a hitch (I like the new menus) but the second one gives a startup error every time after upgrading. It shows a pink image, an error message, the framerate is blank (and shown as a fraction), and the shutter is a random number in the millions. The image below shows all of these problems. reinstalled the firmware but to no avail. Any ideas on what I can do to fix it?

I rolled back to the previous version without issue but as soon as I put the new firmware back in it give the same errors again.
 
Please open a support ticket and be prepared to send in your log file.
