Epic V4.0.10 - SDI audio output problem

We have recently upgraded our Epic to V4.0.10 and we now have a audio playback issue through the SDI output we are using a Panasonic BT-LH1760 monitor it is there but very distorted. has anyone struck this before any suggestions. Audio level on the recorded clip is good and plays back perfectly through the head phones.
 
On all the Epics I've dealt with, feeding into various different monitors, over various different builds, the SDI audio to me has been distorted for some time. Not sure why, but yes the headphone is fine, and the recorded audio is fine, just the SDI audio.
