EPIC Redmote doesn't connect

Hi all,

I've updated our EPIC to 1.6.24 and the REDmote to v771 and the REDmote doesn't connect anymore with the EPIC,
it stays in IDLE mode. With 1.6.20 it worked. Does anyone else have the same problem?

I remember having an issue with my friends EPIC.. (still waiting for my REDmote)

Try this:
Turn the camera on with the remote detached
Go into settings/setup/remote
Turn REDmote ON
The EPIC should find it, then PRESS Add Wireless Device

Also under setup/network, make sure DHCP is enabled (checked )

Go through the connection procedure again that is in the manual.

I've gone through the whole procedure (including reinstalling REDmote firmware) and now it works

I've had a few problems and usually reinstalling the REDmote firmware works a treat.
