  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Forgive me if this has been asked & answered before or is in the manual. I'm away from the office and asking this for a friend.

What is the power draw of the EPIC-M? Just a ballpark needed. I'm helping him spec out battery needs.
 
The camera draws approximately 60 watts when recording in 5K resolution, 24fps
 
My rough calculations end up in the region of 60 watts depending if you are recording/standby and what accessories you have attached, how fast the fan is going, etc.
