  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

What's everyone using to power their accessories? (Cine tape, wireless, monitors, etc..)

I've seen many products, just not sure which will work best..

I just use a simple break out box from the dtap to 4 power ports. I use 4 pin hiroses, just because I had a bunch of Aks with that connector from back in my Cinema Products steadicam days, but somebody like cramped attic should be able to make you 3 pin lemo, 2 pin lemo, or for that matter 4 pin xlr if you so desire. Small cheep, and durable. Mine made out of a block of machined delrin, thn once it was wired I filled it with epoxy so it's basically a solid block of plastic.
