Quick question on running temp on Epic MX or Scarlet MX

What is the best temp to run at? I've seen people on here say to keep it at Adaptive 65° or 62°. The Epic manual says the default is 55° and target temp range is 45°-70°. Auto mode usually keeps it around 45°. I used auto for a long time and the image is extremely clean, but lately I've been running Adaptive 65° with a black shade for that temp (also very clean).

Once communicating with the bomb squad and they said 69 and Adaptive. Thats how i run it.

Once communicating with the bomb squad and they said 69 and Adaptive. Thats how i run it.

Do you think thats because it can handle it and have less fan noise or because it produces a better image?
