Hello,
We are in the middle of production for a small short film. We only have a team of five and our Audio guy fell ill and dropped out for the remainder of the shoot. We don't have anyone that can fluently use the 664 and would like to just run audio right into the red we have the 3.5 to XLR cord and have attempted to use a Sennheiser Mk416, we haven't been able to get any levels at all, we thought maybe the camera could only work with a mic with it's own Phantom Power. So we got an AudioTenchnica shotgun mic with it's own power. Still no luck, we went back and checked the audio settings on the camera our source was CAM ANALOG with Gain Sliders and Volume sliders with 48V and Limiter Enabled. All levels are maxed out on the audio settings. So with all this being done we still can't get any audio. Is there a setting where not seeing that should be checked?
