Epic MX monitor shows status info but very posterized video image

Has anyone seen this before. (see attached) Red will no longer service my camera so I am desperate for suggestions on how to fix it. I tried factory reset, calibrating and re installing the firmware to no avail. The video looks fine coming out of the HDMI port both in record and playback. It is not the monitor or the cable since they work on other cameras.

It sounds like there's something wrong with the Lemo port on your camera. Look in there with a flashlight and see if there's any gunk blocking up the connectors.
