I know the Epic can shoot 5K 2:1 @ 120fps and 2K ??? @ 225 fps, but does anyone know the full table? E.g. what's the maximum fps at 4K and 3K, and what is the sensor area, respectively?

I would like to know if the epic can do multiple ramps, since the subject is on frame rates.

Might have missed it somewhere .... Does anyone know what max frame rates are in 16x9?
Thanks in advance,
Woody

120fps at 5K full which is 5120x2700. 16:9 aspect is actually a bit smaller than that (4800x2700), so who knows. It looks like the maximum cycle rate for the MX sensor is 250Hz, so we should be able to get 250fps at smaller frame sizes. Originally that was supposed to be at 2K, but things seem to have changed, since we have 120fps at full 5K now, which was not part of the original specs. Woohoo!

...I suppose we'll have to wait for more details from RED. And we don't know what media will be available when the camera releases, and that will impact which REDCODE rates or quality levels we can record at which frame rates.

I tought that 120FPS is only in 5K 2.40 ...

Last we heard from Jim, he said that 16:9 aspect ratio 5K was actually 4.8K (as Jeff stated) and that it could record at 96 frames per second, I believe.
