2 x Redvolt Batteries
Redvolt charger.
Quad Battery module, module adapter.
Epic-X case.
All totally brand new and unused. Value $42,915 (plus taxes...).

Selling for $34,500.

If it is a Stage 3 package, his maximum refund would be $28,000 which is the cost for stage 3.

That's the problem, finding the people with the money. And I believe the Scarlet is good enough for many, so fewer are stretching and borrowing. And of course probably fewer are in a position to.
