  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

EPIC is alive...

There is a LOT of truth to this statement. So much of any success is about what came before, and what rests underneath.
 
do we know what the noise floor is like in epic will it be an improvment on the already impressive MX?

will we still be best shooting at iso 800 or can we push into the 1200 area with little to no noise?

From information gleaned talking to various RED folks, at RED Day, who would KNOW - think more like 2000.
 
Wow that's good stuff, the footage (from the pics) on the screen looked good at such a high ISO in such a low lit place.

All of this is just so exciting. I feel like a child waiting to go to disneyland next month. I truly can't wait to get my hands on one of these. Kudos to you guys, you've inspired me and are bringing me one step closer to my goals & dreams.
 
Well, the problem is, that Jarred left the EPIC prototype in the Tropicana Bar after having some German beers...

Now, my house is surrounded by Jim's Hummers...
