  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Epic has made me weird-looking.

During three weeks I have replaced the Panasonic HPX with our Epic to cover a huge sport summer camp for kids.
I did the mistake of thinking the Epic was a light camera. It is but it's not 5D light. So yesterday my wife said "You know, your right arm is much larger than your left".
I took a look in the mirror and I must say that I look completely ridiculous.

Did NOT see this coming.

Hehehe! Great story!

I guess you have to start learning to shoot with the left arm, now! :)

Right.

haha solid post. :)

I've had this problem for a while, and a fitness person told me what to do about it.. it's common sense really, but I needed to have it explained to me. Do various arm exercises with weights as part of your work out, but set the number of reps to what your left arm can handle. Your right arm will be able to do more, but don't do extra reps with it. This should even it out over time in the safest way.

Christopher Doyle once commented that he was told his spine is actually curved to the right from operating.

I think we should all be aware of what this work can do to our bodies, and we should all take good care of necks, backs and arms so we don't get pain as we age.

Very true. It pays to keep healthy.
