You might want to read RED's Terms and Conditions concerning selling your to be Weaponized Dragon. Can't do it until after 90 days of the upgrade. Think it's item #6 and it's serious language

You might want to read it again more carefully. The terms says nothing like that. What it says is that if there is no warranty or less than 90 days warranty remaining on the camera at the time of the upgrade, then it includes a 90-day warranty on that upgrade. It also say the warranty is nontransferable. However, Red does offer a 1 year Transfer Warranty that can be purchased.

Transfer of ownership as far as Red is concerned wouldn't be done until after the warranty expires (unless the buyer wants to do it sooner for some reason) so it's not an issue anyway. Also, technically and legally, Red can't prevent someone from selling something they've bought and own. This isn't a lease situation like with a car. If you buy something and own it you can do what you want with it as long as you're not breaking any laws.

As stated in my selling post, I'll assist with any camera servicing the camera needs while it's under my name. The buyer will be added to my account as authorized for service, firmware downloads, etc.
