Epic Dragon 2.0 fan

Just purchased an epic Dragon. Top fan left side is working fine but right side is not spinning. It makes a whirring sound that increases and decreases in volume. Any ideas of how to fix this?

I had the same problem and had to replace the top fan. Seem like the bearing wore out. Cleaned the old one several times but to no avail.
