Epic Cake

An unexpected surprise at our annual DFX holiday party from our friend and gifted pastry chef Sarah Giannobile...an edible Red Epic, complete with Pelican Case. Many hours and lots of research went into this confection. It was almost sad to cut into it...until we tasted it. The cake flavor? Red velvet, of course.
