Epic Audio Not Working

We are currently on location and 1x of our Epics doesn't seem to have any audio for a scratch track, we are using a 48v Rode mic, which we have used for many shoots with this Epic And our other cams.

We have tried changing cables, mics and turning things off and on in the Audio menu.

Are there any gotchas that people know about?

We thought we might re-install the firmware, (after trying a hard reboot)

Are you in Varispeed mode?

Thanks for the reply Eric, no we are not in Varispeed mode.

I don't have a manual or camera in front of me, but presumably you have already enabled the appropriate channel(s), set the +48V, and you have the correctly wired input cables/adapters and your inputs are set to balanced analogue input.

We tested all the cables etc on our other Epic and all is good, we suspect the sound board is down.
