  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

EPIC ACCESSORY for Thousands????

My guess is you put your eye into it.. a REFLEX Viewfinder.. or something like that?

Ketch being a canon L series collector i would say canon electronic mount

I'd say it is an EPIC Strap, to replace the need for a top handle, which eats up too much of the mounting space. I'm working on building one of these for myself, a quick-release strap which I can remove while shooting and clip back on when I want to move the camera. It's harder to build/find one of these than it sounds. Or the other thing that I'm also working on, the T-bar handle, which runs horizontally, rather than fore/aft - also offers more room to mount stuff.

Those are my guesses because those are the things I want - besides a Canon mount and Premiere support for HDRx footage. And playback.

I think that is my wishlist - rather small but cruxy.

It could be the R90 device, which is mechanical -- for being able to take stills in portrait mode ... and also better green screen footage.

I posted more about this on your thread Ketch, and I believe I was first. Also, my believe from reading your description is that Red advanced the
idea of the R90 beyond what was previously posted -- and this new version will be more versatile and better harness Epic's amazing DMSC abilities.

HA HA, some of you guys really do put a smile on my face this morning... My time...

As I just replied on my Epic M owner thread...

You guys are good, multiple hints have been made, in both threads, you guys pay to much attention to what and how I do things he he, you are too good!!

Has it been Guessed yet, could be, more then once too, or not.

All I know is that some one will be shooting with me soon all over Italy... ;)

I haven't been to Italy for a while, so I'll have three guesses.
New Epic baseball cap.
Neck strap.
Stealth Module - an electronic cloaking device that makes your expensive Epic M/X look like a Canon 60D...

It's got to be one of those three..

Looking forward to meeting you Ketch:)

Oh, bugger, I just read the above... I guess we have a winner... So that means it can't be the anti-gravity module...

ketch please show this to me when we meet at venice!

Charles, this wil be mounted on EPIC and looked to my Hip for some time to come, so yeah when we see each other at the Film Festival in Venice it will be with me... ;)

Liam, Italy is for sure one of those places that must be visited at list two times in one's lifetime... ;)
