Hi all,

I have a client who wants a finished HDR10 4K video (90 seconds) to be encoded in HEVC 10 bit with SEI messaging that indicates display primary, min/ max luminance of display, and the content light level.

A quick dig on the web turned up a bunch of material that is over my head. Does anyone here know where I can go to have something finished in HEVC with the above SEI messaging?

There is a utility which adds Metadata infoframe to any ts/mkv/mp4 HEVC encoded file:
