Emails don't go through

I do not email RED often and really my only communication was when I was buying some parts from RED. Recently, I am trying to sell my Epic M camera and wanted to ask some questions but my emails get bounced as spam. I tried all contacts at RED I previously emailed with.
Could somebody at RED remove my emails from spam filter or email me back? I want to ask questions I wrote in email about selling camera policy.

I have received your emails last weekend and the one yesterday and have replied to them all. I will have our IT Team look into on our end to make sure there are no issues.

Maruisz, I got them as well and you even replied to some of my replies to you? Michael will look into it with IT and if you want to PM him emails you did not get replies to, he can fwd to our IT dept.

Ok, great guys. I only exchanged couple first emails but later anything I was sending to you was bouncing back labeled as spam. I just replied to Kris whom just emailed me.
