  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

their only problems of "miscommunication" is money.. they wouldn't pay not even a dollar for a capitalist extravagance.. but they love to have money ala western world..

this guy is running his business like a merchant in the middle age.. take a glance on the face of the customer.. try to take the measures of his or her pocket and shoot a price.. bad luck for so nice glass.. that glass would deserve better rep..

price list received now.. thx to you mr. Rick Taldykin, Vice President and my rant too.. now i have a production to run, and don't have time to sit in front of the cpu all day and.. :)

To all who have been following as I have:

I have worked with Elite lenses several times in my day and the lenses continue to impress me. The Elite Anamorphics are an incredible line of lenses and that, in my opinion, is where they make their name. I have also worked with Anatoly on several occasions and he is a very good business man. YOU try meeting someone as straight forward as him in Hollywood.

On that note, I would like the readers to disregard anything that this "filmmakers gang" character writes. He is clearly not a credible source of information. He is merely a pessimistic voice trying to be heard on a forum read worldwide.
Not only is he not funny when he tries to be ....

I guess maybe the only credit he deserves is knowing his ancient middle-aged merchant history. Not bad for a man living a misanthropic cyber-life. I won't be the judge, I'll let you readers be.

I encourage anyone who has a chance to try these lenses out on your RED. I myself, do not own a RED camera, but will soon. If you can't buy them, see if you can test them out. I am still more of a film guy with an Arri III and Elite's 25-80mm lightweight zoom and will soon break into the RED world.

Can't wait.

Filmaker, I know you're sore but this is not cool. If slow motion wants the price list public they can post it themselves or send me a PDF and I will. But it's NOT cool to do that behind their back no matter how pissed off you are.

Yes, I read the post too. They're making money from lemons.
 
They’re charging high fees. Filmmaker posted the price list. Now is gone. A mod did it.
