I just received the ET rods that are made from aluminum with nickel plating and I must say, they are what they say they are. Extremely lightweight and the nickel finish is much more like a durable stainless steel finish without the weight. Very pleased with that purchase.

Mines don't have the ET logo on them, but that is the only disapointment.

I thought the same thing when they arrived, but I'm still very pleased with them.

The nickel finished aluminum rods really do have the durability of the stainless rods without the weight of stainless. The weight difference is really substantial, especially when you're talking about 4 of them.
