Element is releasing a quick release for the Red Monitor based off our V Dock System. It is composed of two parts, the V Dock for the Red Arm and the L-Bracket for the Red Monitor. Once installed, you can use the V Mount quick release system to mount the Red Monitor from the bottom or the back of the monitor.

What does coming soon mean? On this site, that could mean next day or next year. The product looks great by the way - I'll be ordering one when they are available.

I love the idea of V-lock to use everything, genius!

Soon means shipping in the next week or two. We have already started the production run here at the shop.

Available soon from Abel.

For those who need to use the RED in a high stakes production environment, every second counts and the versatility and robustness of this design is top notch. You can stick V-mounts all over the camera rig and pop the monitor wherever you like in seconds. Imagine three or four crucial spots, either for the operator or the AC. Fabulous.
