Element Technica / RED compatibility

Like most people, I'm trying to ditch the RED dovetail and replace it with Element Technica gear. Does anyone know if the ARRI DOVETAIL (http://www.elementtechnica.com/products/view.php?p=8) is compatible with the RED Bottom Plate? Or do I have to also buy the HYBRID BRIDGE PLATE (http://www.elementtechnica.com/products/view.php?p=82)? If I went with both Element Technica parts, would I finally get rock solid tripod shots?

It is NOT compatible with the RED Bottom Plate.

Even if the RED base plate would fit, there's nothing on the RED plate to lock it down on the dovetail. Don't worry, you are not alone in wishing that you would have bought the ET base plate and dovetail when you first got your RED.
