"Element Technica offers the same convenience the film industry has come to expect with the larger O’Connor heads in a new combination dovetail for the 1030 series of heads. The Arri/O’Connor 1030 dovetail replaces the large and mini Euro QR plates with a dovetail top plate with the Arri standard machined into the same piece. It offers more flexibility in terms of balance adjustment as well as greater mounting security. Our 1030 series of dovetails are compatible with standard quick release plates for other heads such as Miller, Sachtler, Cartoni or even other non-1030 O’Connors but may require our Extra Long Tie Down Hardware."
It can also be used on any head by screwing it to the heads quick release plates but it might need some longer screws.
