I just upgraded to El Capitan - over all I like it, except I'm having issues with the Avid Artist Color being found with the new OS. It seems like the EUControl app is not seeing the panel - updated to I think 3.3.2 and have current firmware on the panel. When the panel gets found by EUControl about 50% of the time when I launch Resolve or RCX the panel is working I only see the rectangular boxes on the panel display.

Any suggestions?

I'm in-between projects so it's not mission critical yet...

Same, ... El Capitan is not very friendly with the Red Rocket.

Hi

Does anyone know if El Capitan has full support for the Rocket-X / Sonnet Echo Express III-D?

I'm on OSX 10.11.2 & Rocket-X V2.1.31 & RedCine X Pro Build 38 and it isn't working reliably with Dragon, it isn't working at all..

I didn't have this problem on Yosemite yesterday..

The card is found in PCI in my Mac, and it shows in RedCine X and Premiere Pro, but it doesn't decode/give me a grey bar, etc. It does nothing, if I switch off decoding with the card then it starts processing the footage, albeit slowly.

Can anyone confirm it works in El Capitan? Tried and tested?

Thanks for your help.

Tom, if you are using DCHP, I'd highly recommend that you move to a static IP address for the control surface. It should resolve the problem of the panel showing up in the settings presences pane of EU Control.

Hope that helps,

Steve
