  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Don't get me wrong, I love RED and every product they release, but couldn't you just buy a ef to pl mount adapter rather than a full new mount? Is there a downfall to using one of these adapters?

Oh and didn't Jim say he was going to show us Alchemy?
 
I think EF to PL adapters are pretty expensive -- I doubt you'll save much. I know mount-converting a DSLR usually costs more than the camera body.
 
I've been looking and seen them range in price from around 350-950 USD.
