Editing RED footage question - Frame Rates "HELP"

Hey guys, got an editing question for RED footage.

I received some interview footage that was shot at 29.97, but on a 23.98 timebase. So now I need to speed up this footage to match the audio that was recorded separately. What is the best way of going about this? Should i just speed up the footage with a custom speed on a FCPX timeline? What exact percentage would that be?

This may be a dumb question, just want to make sure i go about this the right way!

You can change the project time base in REDCINE-X PRO. Right click the clip in the project browser, and select "Change source frame rate..." , Then export, select "r3d trim" , you will get a new r3d file with new project time bace.
