Editing Profile information?

Hello,

I've had trouble for a couple of weeks trying to get an account activated on this forum. I would fill out the request, get an activation email, click on the link and then advised an admin had to approve the account.

I would wait and never get a response and then the account would disappear after several days.

I've tried my real name, Tony Stark and this account is my companies name. I know this is a real name forum so when I got the email this account was approved, my plan is to just add my real name to my signature.

However, now when I try to edit my profile, I get access denied. I've emailed via the contact page.

But in the meantime is there a certain post requirement before a user can edit their profile?
