  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Ease of switching from PL mount to Canon mount

It takes less than a minute, or as noah suggests, as long as it takes you to unscrew and replace 4 screws. Then you decide if you want to backfocus. which would take considerably longer.

Having said that, I still wouldnt really want to be changing between takes.
 
We swapped back and forth on a pretty hectic commercial a few weeks ago. At one point we were in a boat going 40 mph in the rain. My ac was able to swap it under a rain coat/tarp in a few minutes. It really is quick. It is also pretty mind blowing to have a pl mount and then a canon mount 2 minutes later. Powerful.
